Admission Requirements

Pre-school Admission

Admission into the kindergarten is open to pupils who are at least three years old however the admission depends on the availability.
Admission into the Kaycee Junior School will strictly be on merit and availability of space

Primary Admission

Admission into the primary will strictly be on merit and availability of space
Children to be registered in Grade 1 must be at least 6 years old
Pupils seeking admission into Grade 1 to 7 will be invited to an interview with testing involved.

Application Submission

Once you have identified Kaycee Junior School as the ideal environment for your child’s growth and development, the first step is to secure an application form. Forms can be conveniently downloaded from our website.

After you have filled out all your forms, and have all your required documents as requested from the application forms. You can submit your application forms to our school office email:

Candidates who meet our initial admission requirements will be invited to the next stage of our process. This includes a personal interview and a formal assessment, allowing us to get to know your child better and ensure they are ready to thrive within the Kaycee Junior School family.

After the evaluation phase, we will contact you directly to share the outcome of your application and provide information on enrollment for successful candidates.
